Sendoff for 2022

On this last day of 2022, I am in day 5 of my first Covid-19 infection, having finished day 3 of Paxlovid anti-viral therapeutic drug, and feeling very much like I have it beat. Within a half hour of the first dose the disease trajectory had reversed from rapid decline to speedy recovery: this is very good stuff! I had both Pfizer shots when this whole fiasco started, and it took three years working in a gym for me to finally catch it (and my wife from me), but so far not life threatening. I feel like I could hit the gym tomorrow, but I will finish the last two days of the drug and test negative for a couple days before I call it a victory.

Much progress in the cause of healthy aging occurred this year, and we have good, readable summary of that progress from Reason at Fightaging.org: It is well worth reading hereI have personally been using two strategies discussed in the report; killing senescent cells using Senolytic Activator from Life Extension on a quarterly basis, and boosting NAD+ levels with Liposomal NMN from Renuebyscience.com. I think those are the two most practical strategies to adopt at this point in time. By-the-way – If you buy  from Renuebyscience, use discount code FRANK10 at checkout for 10% off.

Next year I will experiment with building a topical version of a senolytic crème for one – removing senescent cells in the skin, and two – removing senescent cells in subcutaneous fat deposits. For now, that’s all folks: it was a year that fell short of nearly all my expectations, and I pray greater good in 2023.

To your greater Health and Fitness,

Frank
